FAQs
Is this counselling or coaching? Both are available. Many clients blend therapy (for depth and healing) with coaching (for day-to-day momentum). We’ll tailor it to you. Do you work online? Yes—initially remote UK-wide via secure video. In-person sessions in Loughton, Essex will become available. Is six weeks enough? Six weeks creates traction and clear next steps; deeper change often benefits from 12+. Do you diagnose ADHD/Autism? No, but I’m ND-affirming and can help you navigate routes and supports. Is this suitable if I’m in crisis? If you’re in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent mental health support, contact NHS 111 or your GP.
